Registration
NOTE: The registration system will be made available by mid-November. An announcement will be sent via the SIGCSE listserv and to all accepted authors/presenters when registration opens.
Registration costs are in US Dollars. All presenters are required to register. Presenters must register by Feb. 01, 2027.

Tutorials are an additional cost beyond the symposium registration fee. All tutorial attendees must be registered for both the symposium and the tutorial(s) they will be attending.

Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made by February 7, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. A processing fee of US $100 will be assessed for full-rate registrations. A processing fee of US $25 will be assessed for reduced rate registrations. Regrettably, cancellations received after that date cannot be honored. The conference committee recognizes that sometimes last-minute cancellations can’t be avoided. However, the conference incurs expenses for which it is liable based on registration counts. Registrants who find themselves unable to attend should be aware that registrations are transferable, but in general the conference committee cannot assist in finding an appropriate recipient.
Visa Support Letters
ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
For visa support letters, please complete the request online: https://supportletters.acm.org/ . Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- The name of the conference you are registering for. Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference.
- Your registration confirmation number
If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”. Authors may indicate their paper title. If no paper, speakers can provide the title of their presentation.
